Meet the Clydesdales in Acadiana!
Schilling Distributing is proud to announce that the Famous Budweiser Clydesdales will be visiting Acadiana to help us celebrate our 75th Anniversary from February 5-8, 2025! As of now the plan for public viewings is:
Sat 2/8 - Sugar Mill Pond Youngsville, Tentative Time: 2-5pm, right outside of The Tap Room in Sugar Mill Pond.
The Tap Room will be serving Budweiser Beer outside and we will have great Bud Specials inside!
All these events are free to the public and will include live music and Budweiser deliveries to stores, bars and restaurants in each area. Check back here and our social media channels for updates and changes. Hope to see you there!!!

It’s the 80’s again, and all of the big names are here for a big concert. Tensions run rampant as backstage secrets spill out into the spotlight with like, totally tragic results! This isn’t an episode of Miami Vice! This is like…murder. It’s up to you to bust it like a ghost, for sure! Peg your jeans, slouch your socks, flash some neon, put on way too much eyeliner and get that hair up! You are going to solve this crime in style. No time to be Too Shy! You are a Smooth Operator, and you know to listen to those Careless Whispers. It’s time to put on your Sunglasses at Night and Relax. Time after time…You will solve the case.

Nate has been cooking with our restaurant group at Pete’s for almost 4 years. When they were closed during the fire renovations he joined us in the kitchen here at the Tap Room. We are excited to have him back for the night.

Join us for our upcoming Tap Room Takeover featuring Chef Caitlin Ferguson from Social Southern Table & Bar on Tuesday, July 9 from 6:00-9:00pm.Caitlin started at Social Southern Table & Bar in 2017 and in 2019 she moved to Orlando to work for Walt Disney World from there she became a private chef on various yachts that cruised the Caribbean, Bahamas & New England. She moved back to Lafayette last year to continue her culinary career with Social.
